Since 2006 we have auditing and reporting mortgage fraud and predatory lending in our area, the Antelope valley to ALL related Local, Federal and State Agencies* and the ONLY responces we got were: "this is not our jurisdiction" "this is civil matter" there is no fraud" "we are still researching applicable laws" "you signed it , it's your fault" "is this a report from that crazy guy from Avenue S" "that's how loans really are" "sorry to hear your problems, we cannot help" and the list of denial goes on.

Now, published in the LA Times real Estate Blogs:

    Antelope Valley, California 2008-2009

ZIP code throughout Southern California in the first quarter of 2008, so that you can see where the foreclosure problem is most acute, and where it is least evident.

We've calculated foreclosures per household (technically, the other way around: households per foreclosure) to correct for varying populations in different ZIP codes.

A sneak preview: The 10 L.A. County ZIPs with the highest number of foreclosures in 1Q 2008, and the percentage increase from 1Q 2007. Source: DataQuick Information Systems. These are for single-family detached homes.

    1) Lancaster 93535     345   392%
    2) Palmdale  93550     323   487%
    3) Lancaster 93536     255   467%
    4) Palmdale  93551     198   421%
    5) Palmdale  93552     179   442%
    6) Lancaster 93534     146   329%

    7) Sylmar     91342      142   426%
    8) Norwalk    90650     129   361%
    9) Pacoima   91331     105   483%
    10) Reseda  91335      101  321%

These are some of the victims of this statistical report:

Give the human being that really suffered a call (free). Not like  the banks who cried for 700 Billion $$$ of taxpayer money.

No man is above the law. You owe the  public an apology.

Fellow citizens of the world, what are your thoughts about this if the implications were real?

"actus non facit reum nisi mens sit rea"

    Our President once told us:
In time of "clear and present danger," the courts have held that even the privileged rights of the First Amendment must yield to the public's need for national security.

No more bailouts. They just bury all of us deeper into enslavement. They should not have existed in the first place if suitability and sustainability took the place of greed and corruption.
What we need to do is repudiate bad debt, seek accountability, sequester ill gotten wealth and returned as payment to the creators of debt buying our way to freedom. With their own money.

That, or print trillions more of fiat money to inflate another bubble which we leave for our future generation to take care of.

Allow history guide our course of action.

You can do better than that, at least let the people know what can be done better than hide and destroy hopes and dreams.

As a matter of fact your great grandchildren will remember you by the choices you make that made their lives the way it shall have been.

    It's never too late.

"Common sense will tell us, that the power which hath endeavored to subdue us, is of all others the most improper to defend us."
                                                                              - Thomas paine, 1776

We all know the problem, we all see what's being done about it. It's about time people made a stand.

Our President would need all the help from us. Instead of asking lets start by doing something to make the lives of others better. Even simple things can make a world of difference to another. The problems we have are too great and time is too short.

Chanting YES WE CAN and CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN only creates noise but applied into care driven action becomes divine.

Go out there and reach out to someone, do anything to make their lives better and you shall have learned the true meaning of that simple world.

The result will be more people doing what you did for them.

    Dear President Obama,

2 things to quell our crisis:

1- Mandatory suitability and sustainability in  loan origination.

2- Anticipatory repudiation of all exsisting bad loans/junk bonds and implementation of above aforementioned.

(sequestration of illegitimate wealth needs to be given back to the FED consequentially decreasing public debt)

Our deficit is 10.6 Trillion and rising 3.4 Billion each day, we have nothing more to lose at this point by trying this simple  idea.

The taxpayer is paying for it,  so let the taxpayer decide. PUT A VOTE ON IT.
If this is done we will all see an immediate turn around of our crisis

This is only my idea i feel would be best for the people, the economy and the world.

Even if this doesn't get heard or read at least it was suggested once.

    Congratulations Mr. President.

Go over your loan documents for any violations of the FNMA
FannieMae) guidelines, which is not only the vast majority of all
mortgages, but is also used as an industry standard. Any
violations (FRAUD), means the lender must buy back the loan.

Do not modify or refinance a bad loan. Do not walk away. Stay in your home. Seek help immediately. Time is not a luxury we have right now. The foreclosure timeline doesn't stop till your home is taken away. There is only one way to do this-
Homeowners FIGHT BACK!!! If your are a victim of mortgage fraud / predatory lending, you don't owe the money:

We all know the problem, we all see what's being done about it. It's about time more people made a stand. Here is a partial list of homeowners who did. Drop them a call and find out for yourselves.

Our area in the Antelope Valley, California has been recorded as having the top zip codes hardest hit by foreclosures. Not just the top spot but also 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
For the past 2 1/2 years of mortgage loan auditing uncovering and reporting fraud to ALL related Federal and State agencies, nothing has ever been done.
This is a partial list of who we have helped that have not been attended to by public authorities.
Change is what we have been struggling for since but it has always been met by a wall of denial.
These peole need to be heard. Even a single phone call from you wll give them a flicker of hope.

I promised them that their voices will be heard one way or another. I would not care less of what I have to do to get that. I intend to keep that promise till we hear ONE call made to any of them. Thats all these people ask of you.
    Thank you for addressing this.

Lets all welcome our new President by telling hime and his cabinet what we can do individually to make the lives of others better. For once lets have them hear something different this time. Starting within ourselves is an excellent start.
    Go out and help someone.
    Welcome, President Obama.

Do you think someone really is listening? If they did, then we would not be in so bad a position. This is a joke. Issues being brought up shows you the degree of insanity that makes our deficit look normal, sending our troops out  to die a necessity, create  Ponzi's like regular real estate, Mortgage fraud/predatory lending a" civil matter" to name a few.
Well if this is the way it goes I sure as hell would rather die labeled crazy in their world.
